No. While we do a lot of HELOC and investor work, we also finance conventional and jumbo home loans, SBA and owner-user properties, land, self-storage, hotels, and both small and large commercial assets.
Yes. We specifically look at expiring CMBS loans and other balloon maturities, and help you think through refi, recapitalization, or sale options.
For fix & flip and bridge loans, we can close in as fast as 5 days. Conventional residential typically takes 21-30 days. Commercial timelines vary by deal complexity, but we move as fast as the situation requires.
We're based in Sacramento and work primarily throughout California, though we can accommodate select deals in other states depending on the product and relationship.
